DeckCreator SMS Terms of Service
Use of the DeckCreator text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.
Opting In:
By submitting the contact us form and signing up for texts, you agree to receive recurring customer care SMS messages from DeckCreator. I understand that consenting to receive SMS messages in not a condition of purchase or service. MSG & Data Rates May Apply. You can request additional information by texting HELP. Opting Out:
DeckCreator allows several different opportunities, such as entering a phone number online, to opt-out to SMS services.
You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (216) 400-0789, (216) 243-6041. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to (216) 400-0789, (216) 243-6041. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Service as well as how to unsubscribe.
We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. DeckCreator is not liable for the cost of any such messages. You will receive recurring messages. Device Access and Message Viewing
You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you receive when using the Service, and you agree that DeckCreator will not be liable to you if this occurs.
No Obligation to Consent
You understand that you are not required to consent to the Service to receive any other services from DeckCreator.
Authorization to Contact You
By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing your mobile phone number when you opt in to the Service, you authorize DeckCreator to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer-assisted technology as applicable.
